Direct-booking refunds are based on how far in advance the guest cancels before check-in, with nonrefundable payment processing fees excluded from refundable amounts.

Direct booking cancellations are based on how far in advance the guest cancels before check-in. Refundable amounts exclude nonrefundable payment processing fees charged by the payment processor.

At least 14 days before check-in: full refund of the booking amount paid, minus nonrefundable payment processing fees charged by the payment processor.
From 7 to 14 days before check-in: partial refund of 50% of the booking amount paid, minus any nonrefundable payment processing fees charged by the payment processor.
Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.
For Stripe card payments, current standard domestic card processing fees are typically 2.9% plus $0.30 per successful transaction; other payment methods or future processor pricing may differ.
